About the Doctor
Dr. Syed-Kalyani is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelors degree in Biology and Psychology. In addition, Dr. Syed-Kalyani attended the Southern California University of Health Sciences where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic. She is a member of the Texas Chiropractic Association and the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. At present, Dr. Syed-Kalyani also serves as an assistant professor at the Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX, where she instructs students on active rehabilitation.
Dr. Syed-Kalyani is a Chiropractor with extensive training in spine. She has a fellowship from the Texas Back Institute, where she worked along side spine surgeons, physiatrists, neurologists, interventional pain specialists, and chronic pain specialists.
Dr. Syed-Kalyani is a trained Acupuncturist with successful results in infertility, weight management, pain management, facial rejuvenation and smoking cessation programs.

Insurance Coverage
Legacy Spine and Rehabilitation accepts many HMO and PPO insurance plans and Worker’s Compensation. This is in addition to the point-of service and traditional indemnity insurance we also accept.
Once the doctor determines your treatment plan, the plan will be shared with your primary care physician and the referral will be updated. If you are covered by Worker’s Compensation, we will coordinate your coverage with your case manager or representative
